Good work life balance. Very good for someone who doesn't want to work too much

Cons

Let me divide it into different points

1. They treat an average resource and a motivational/sharp/great mind the same way , be it compensation/progression etc. Absolutely no appreciation for the hard work a person does apart from a certificate from the vertical that too not sure goes to whom.

2. Too much red tap-ism, sometimes feels like working for a government company.

3. Things move really slow. Dont see zeal and enthusiasm in the environment of working. The HR are totally unprofessional. they can easily promise one thing to recruit you and then refuse on your face latter.
